Arguably, suffering in our world is the most challenging aspect when we endeavour to ‘give an answer to everyone who asks … the reason for the hope that [we] have’ (1Pe 3:15, NIV). And the answer is made more complicated by the references in scripture (& in life experience?) to miracles.
